Defective equipment that didn't work on the wedding day despite phone support. It's a shame because the staff was friendly and booking was easy, but the result was hours of work preparing a nice photo booth area and zero photos for the guests. I therefore don't recommend it at all for an event as important as a wedding...
A refund was issued for the service.

The team is attentive and gives good advice on choosing the equipment to rent depending on the type of evening desired. They include a small studio to demonstrate the equipment, which is very appreciable. The formalities are simple and the explanations given for the commissioning of the equipment are very clear. In short, I recommend it.

The online booking system is really great, and it's possible to book well in advance. I was able to choose and modify my reservation. The equipment was very good quality and super varied. To bring back the products, the opening hours are really extended, which is really convenient. I recommend you choose them.

Equipment rentals are always top-notch, service impeccable!
I've used Matys several times for sound and/or lighting rentals, and each time, the experience has been perfect.
He knows exactly which products to recommend based on your needs and constraints, and his advice is always relevant.
But also, his availability at all hours, his patience, and his in-depth knowledge of the equipment are truly noteworthy: even remotely, he can help you out in two minutes if necessary or remind you how to properly use the machine if you have any questions.
I've never had any unpleasant surprises, and I would definitely use him again.
I recommend him 100%! ☀
